Return Policy

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Original packaging is required, including the Lost River tag and the clear plastic bag the item arrived in.

  • Items must not be returned with perfume, odors, or signs of wear.

  • Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

  • A $4.99 return shipping and processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

How to Start a Return

We offer a quick and easy self-serve return process:

  1. Visit your account portal:
    Go to account.laadidesigns.com and log in using your email and the verification code sent to your inbox.

  2. View your order history:
    Click on “Orders” to find the purchase you’d like to return.

  3. Select item(s) for return:
    Choose the items and submit your return request with a brief reason.

  4. Wait for approval:
    Once reviewed, we’ll email you return instructions and a label (if eligible).

  5. Ship your return:
    Carefully repackage the item with the Lost River tag and clear plastic bag, and send it back using the provided label or your own secure method.

Once we receive your return and confirm it meets our policy, you’ll receive a refund (minus the $4.99 fee) to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If you need a different size or color, we’re happy to help with an exchange!

  • To begin an exchange, please follow the return instructions below for the original item.

  • Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll send a store credit or issue an invoice for the new item.

  • The new item will ship as soon as any payment is received (if applicable).

  • All exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Email us at customerservice@laadidesigns.com

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was not approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
