Lost River Full Batik Sarong

Our beautiful, unique, and handmade Full Batik Sarongs are perfect for beach days, a girls' night out, or any other fun event, and it can be styled in a myriad of ways! All of our sarongs feature gorgeous colors and classic Balinese patterns. Made from flat rayon, our Lost River Full Sarong is both soft and comfortable. Made to wear and designed to flatter in any size! The fabric is 100% crinkle rayon that is hand batiked in Bali.

The Lost River's selection of handmade batik clothing supports small family businesses both in Bali and in Moab. Traditional batik patterns are handed down over generations.  The pattern is drawn on the fabric and then wax is applied to the fabric on these patterns with a canting or "wax pen". The fabric is then dyed and the wax is removed revealing the pattern. The use of hand batik fabrics from Indonesia is preserving Indonesian culture and artisan traditions.
